Project Overview
Core Technology
High-Rise Racking System: Construction of racking systems over 22 meters high to multiply storage capacity.
Core Automation Equipment: Integration of aisle stacker cranes, high-rise racks, and conveyor systems for automatic handling and storage of palletized goods.
Intelligent Control Center: Deployment of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) for centralized, intelligent scheduling and optimization of inventory, equipment, and order tasks.
Challenges
- Temperature Stratification & Uniformity.
- Reliability of Automation in Low-Temperature.
- Structural Safety & Frost Heave Prevention.
- Energy Efficiency & Operational Cost.
- System Integration & Software Stability.
Challenges
Utilize high static pressure air units and precise airflow design to force cold air to the top of the facility, creating a uniform downward airflow and eliminating temperature stratification.
Select low-temperature specialized equipment with cryogenic lubricants and cold-resistant steel. Equip critical electrical components with heating devices to ensure stable operation in freezing environments.
Conduct integrated structural design, co-designing the racking and building structure. Install an under-slab heating system with temperature monitoring points to actively prevent ground soil from freezing.
Employ high-efficiency refrigeration systems and superior insulation panels. Install high-speed doors or dock shelters at openings, and optimize equipment travel paths to minimize door open time and frequency.
Partner with an experienced systems integrator. Utilize proven, stable equipment control and management software, and conduct thorough system integration testing to ensure seamless and reliable hardware-software interoperability.
