Project Overview

With a total investment of 2 billion CNY, the Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park is designed to become the largest and most advanced blood product manufacturing base in Southwest China. Compliant with EU GMP and China GMP standards, it produces 9 types of critical blood-derived therapeutics, including human albumin, immunoglobulins, and clotting factors, with an annual plasma processing capacity of 2,000 tons, addressing urgent medical needs and enhancing public health security.

   • Elevated plasma cold storage:

     • 1,300T High-bay Cold Storage: 58.85m×17.17m×8.35m (8,500m³ volume).

     • 150T Cold Storage: 58.85m×8.18m×8.35m (4,000m³ volume).

   • Temperature control technology:

     • Uniform -25°C (±2°C) with zero frost accumulation for plasma integrity.

     • External evaporators + ducted airflow achieve 15% energy savings.

2. Smart Manufacturing Workshop

    

   • Automation control system:

     • PLC-controlled filling (±0.1ml) with AI-powered defect detection (99.99% accuracy).
