Project Overview

This 20,705.5 sqm mega hub specializes in bonded storage, precision processing, and global distribution of premium imported beef and seafood. Combining ultra-low temperature storage, cleanroom production, and smart logistics, it establishes a traceable cold chain network from port to plate, serving high-end markets in the Yangtze River Delta and Asia-Pacific.


Core Functional Zones

First Floor | Ultra-low temperature storage hub

  • -25°C Built-in Cold Storage Cluster:5 chambers (1,700 sqm total, 6m height, 10,200 m³ volume) with PU insulation & CO₂ cascade refrigeration, ensuring ≤±1°C temperature stability.

  • Intelligent management:

    • RFID Tracking: Real-time monitoring of location, temperature, and shelf life per pallet.

    • Automated AS/RS: 50% faster loading/unloading, enabling 24/7 customs-bonded operations.

 Second floor |Purification processing center

  • 100,000-level purification workshop:Class 100K Cleanrooms: 2,100 sqm processing zones (thawing→cutting→packaging) with HEPA filtration and UV sterilization, complying with EU EC 2073/2005 microbiological criteria.

  • -50℃ spiral quick freezing warehouse:

    • -50°C Spiral Blast Freezer: 8-ton capacity, core temperature drop from +4°C to -18°C within 30 minutes, achieving <50μm ice crystals and 95%+ juiciness retention.

    • Patented Airflow: 6m/s wind speed eliminates surface frost, limiting dehydration loss to ≤1.5%.


Technological Innovations

    • CO₂/NH₃ Cascade Refrigeration: 90% lower GWP vs. fluorocarbons, cutting 1,800t CO₂ annually.

    • Waste Heat Recovery: Storage exhaust heats water, achieving COP 4.3.
